Only a few things left to do-Install appliances-Open shelving added above counter tops near kitchen sink-New light covers throughout-Couple other minor details.Looking forward to hearing any feedback.  

We built the master closet (located in the master bathroom) with wire shelves, drawers, racks, and hanging rods.

Painting is about my best ROI value-add but I do it fast and have 82 gallons of quality mistints to choose from on shelves.

Now I am approaching retirement age and still have my investment properties laden with mortgages.

I did NOT pay the price marked on shelves. 

Interiors, I prefer wire shelves with a white coating on them instead of a wooden shelf.
