The only issue I have had with RentRedi is that they hold rent for a few business days due to their ACH clearinghouse.

I wake up everyday with a stomach ache just thinking about all this. 

I also want to build the muscle of assembling teams remotely so I can repeat the process in whatever market has the highest potential.

The ACH payments for rent are great but I've not gotten into running maintenance requests, etc through there as well. 

Tenant made an ACH payment for February rent.

Then keep encouraging them to use the ACH transfer to pay rent.

Some banks do use a different routing number for wires vs ACH.

., I believe services like apartments.com that manage secure ACH transfers between the tenants account and yours usually offer an option for the tenant to have their payments reported to a credit bureau.

I currently use Tenant Cloud, but they just announced fees for all ACH transactions.

Another person I know has them set up ACH with their bank.I personally don't accept checks but have a tenant mail me a money order, not preferred but not everyone has online banking capabilities.Best of luck, and let us know what you end up using.
