The house I am renting is not a typical rental it is a 6000 square foot mini-mansion.Thanks for all the replies this thread has been very educational.So if I am getting this right my lease will renew on a month to month and if I or my tenant wishes to terminate the contract then a 30 day written notice would need to be issued.The month to month I am assuming also that the TAR contract and the provisions are what is renewing.

Considering returns are often non-linear and affect of compounding money, I think this approach would be more widely used.I have been exploring writing a program to do a program to do such an analysis.

I'm willing to bet that your flooring contractor is charging per sq. foot which means he makes more money by doing it the easy way.I'll be doing a flooring job soon and the only place I will be putting the flooring underneath anything is in the bathroom where it will go under the toilet and vanity only because it would be virtually impossible to install the vinyl planks in the small spaces between them and the walls and the tub.

Either incentivize people to move their homes to the park, most likely by footing the moving and set up costs, or buying the homes yourself and selling them like @Jay Hinrichs suggested.
