Newbie Introduction in Dallas Texas

Hello, may name is Kwabena Dean. My friends call me Kwaa(quay). I have been on BiggerPockets for a few months but this is my first post. Wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I have been learning the game from the podcast and reading several books. I am ready to get started with my venture although I already have one foot in the door.

I bought a new home last year because my family needed more space and am renting out my first home.  At the time I bought the house I could only see the house. I didn't know anything about assets and liabilities. Thanks to Rich Dad, Poor Dad I do now and may have done things differently. My goal is to eventually gain enough passive income to not have to work a typical 9-5. I am looking to buy more rental properties first and then expand into flipping.

I look forward to meeting new people and starting to network. Right now that is my weakest point and everything study says that is key.  I welcome any comments or questions. More post to come.

Kwaa
