I’m looking at Mobil home park development. I have enough investors to purchase the Mobil homes to rent. First Mobil ownership. Would you rent just pads or make $900k investment into owning Mobil homes and getting bigger renturns?

"If you have $3.4M to invest why not buy a a couple of $7M parks and make 20% COC instead?"

This is the ***** five star answer.

The primary purpose in investing in land lease communities is to get away from maintaining buildings. POHs is counter to the entire principal/advantages of owning parks. If you want to rent 50 units buy an apartment buiding not deprieciating assets that will have 50%+ expences to maintaine.
