I also have never heard of equity immigrants coming from any other state than CA snatching up properties for cash with the hundreds of thousands of equity gains in CA.Fixed rate mortgage, assessed value for taxes capped at 2 o/o annual increases.

I'm originally from London, UK and have been here for 2 years.I have a automated freight business here in the US and one in the UK, I have always been interested in real estate but thought I needed thousand$ in capital to get started, until I found out about wholesaling.I have been reading up about this for sometime now and are ready to go, so if anybody can ping some suggestion it would be much appreciated.just 1 quick question i'm a little unsure of.
