2% rule in the UK
Hey everyone. I'm new here and looking for a bit of advice, please feel free to move or delete if this is the wrong forum.
I've read about the 2% rule for rental properties, however I'm struggling to find ones in my area (Northwest England) that would match this criteria. Am I failing to look hard enough or does this rule not work so well in the UK?
Thanks for any replies and if I'm being a huge noob feel free to flame away!
