Any other expenses that landlord normally pays in duplex in your area like water/sewer/garbage, is snow and mow completed by tenants?

@Ricky Snow If your plan is to wholesale it, then your next step would be to get the property under contract.

They are snow birds and are retired.  

@Jay Hinrichs It's actually located on the west side of the mountains, but most of the wine is made on the east side :) I love the rain and snow!
