What methodology led you to investing in a townhouse in Trenton? 

I'm wondering who has implemented a 'Grant Cardone' methodology throughout their REI journey and/or does or has it worked for you similar to his teaching's.Have you actually been able to buy, hold for 3-5 years and sell at a 150% increase in value from original purchase and then go on to a twice the unit's purchase for your next property?

It's taken me over a year to develop some leads from call to close.Do you have a good lead-tracking system or methodology for following up?

Every process, procedure and methodology has to be fully fleshed out and cut-n-paste or they wander around in the wilderness accomplishing nothing. 

That methodology/thought process has gotten me far in life and I'm sure it can do the same in REI.

Highly recommend anyone who’s serious about getting things done/GTD method of goal achieving.

We use price per acre methodology in the South Western States with a minimums for smaller lots.
