As fellow San Jose ownership, we have lot of diversity of way-of-thinking in our area.We have folks that like to say "Cancel Rent", or "Immoral to buy rental property" but we have a majority also that would like to invent business that "disturb all business and move all business to us the tech guy", we also have vibrant community that would like to work 25/8 and sometimes the only purpose is to just keep acquiring property and assets lol.
