At the same time and to this day Chinese folks with money continue to get their money they make out of china and hence invest in real estate in Vancouver mainly due to instability in their own country and most don't care if their investment appreciates as long as its holds it values.Long story short even if china crashes prices will do nothing in Vancouver but remain stable or maybe fluctuate no more than 5% even if their is more inventory than buyers.Vancouver is an amazing place to live and the more the world knows this the more the prices will rise.This is why our investors and I continue to make great residual income through buy, renovate or build new and sell in Vancouver and will continue to do so for some time. 

The good thing is our business is moving nicely. We have three properties so far for 2017.....yes!!!!!! Now, as we continue to grow, has anyone come up with creative ways to increase or capitalize on your Rehabs? Ha...

Me personally I rather have 80% of my rent then zero because the non section 8 holder lost job and can no longer afford rent.. at least with the voucher you are receiving residual income...

PM is slow residual money.

If anyone who buys the home has a weakened immune system or respiratory disease, they could react badly to the residual nasties.If it's isolated to the garage and didn't get into the home, completely gut that area down to the studs and seal it with a high quality sealer.

Create two more homes on the acre of residual land (according to city records its .88 acres.

There will still be residual water in the pipes even if the water is shut off. 

For what it's worth, I'm a bigger fan of the terms "Residual Income" or better yet "Ongoing Income."

There probably is little residual value in this investment. 

All properties which cash flow enough can be transferred to a PM while you still make residual income.
