@Justin Moon Your argument is with the appraiser, I was just merely giving my opinion.Again you're still trying to argue the price per sq/ft without considering total price, which is my main point.

On top of that yea the out of state thing was becoming an issue although we were entertaining bringing in a family member as a "credit partner" merely for their residency.We are exploring more traditional mortgages now that would be used to purchase our "2nd home" as long as it will pass appraisal.

That way you won't have to worry as much about the market changing in the next year.I like the idea, but if I flip it right away, real estate transaction costs will eat the profit and I will have done all of this merely to pad the pockets of the real estate agents.
