The Brokerage I work has a list of buyers but, it doesn’t seem like any of them are interested.

I am looking for an AWESOME agent/ broker in Raleigh, NC who specializes in working with residential investors. Any referrals?

Your broker/agent needs to determine the spaces highest and best use which may or may not be the way the interior space and exterior is currently laid out and designed.The question then becomes can you convert and invest the cash to the highest and best use and still make a good profit all costs considered?

I walked away from that position because I was recruited for a similar Analyst position with a brokerage company.

Blake and Jessica (for some reason my tagging isn't working) are part of our brokerage/investment team, they're both young engineers and they just liquidated their Portland (wealth building) portfolio to purchase cash flow properties in Alabama.

I feel like long term the Hudson County area properties will continue to appreciate as demand gets pushed here from an increasingly expensive New York market.Are there any experienced real estate investor's with their brokerage license that can sit down with me discuss my options moving forward. 

I am 23 in Cincinnati, OH - potentially moving to Columbus, OH - have been working in a Commercial Real Estate brokerage for a few months now learning more and more about the industry.

Should the listing brokerage have insurance for things like this that they can make a claim on?

If the agent and brokerage are ok with this they can send you a termination agreement.

I have ~65K in cash, 11K in a Roth IRA(which I dont really want to pull out) and ~54K between my savings and brokerage account.
