Hi @Robert B Azimi,A home that has been registered through The Mills Act, can be rented out the same as any other property, and it can even increase rental revenue as there are people who really like the thought of living in a historic house.

@Brandon SarrettKeep in mind just because the tenant is month-month and you can raise their rent doesn't mean they are going to pay it or can afford it.

I refused to renew the lease for one tenant which they've been there for 4 years. 

There are a billion more, but that's a start.
