(I might recommend Heller's Catch 22 if you're looking for some good books.)I also brew my own beer, write some, and can smoke the sort of barbecued ribs that will give you a religious experience.I'm not even playing about the ribs.

Otherwise, you may get a rude awakening when the lender comes knocking on your door 10 years from now expecting you to pay $1,783,700 immediately or be found in default (which is what will happen if this is a balloon loan as pointed out by EZLoanz).
