Do you know any females who have a good decorating genetic (50% of the renters are females).If so, maybe head on down to Home Depot with her, and take some pics and note the part numbers of items that will make a pleasant attractive look for your project.Then rather that let somebody who really doesn't care about the marketability of your units make the choices, you will have a much more marketable offer for the prospective renters.Use extend length oval toilets vs the round ones, and do not put carpet in the bathroom.When buying think marketability of the unit and ease of cleaning as well as current tastes of potential renters.You want to have a marketable offer for your prospective rents.Good Luck! 

Aloha,With an injury potentially involved, the PM should preserve the evidence...either the entire range (at least a photo of it in place, as is), or at minimum the coil, drip pan, and female connection block.

The top rung in real estate education are the Masters in Real Estate offered by a number of U.S. based universities and an increasing number of European and Asian colleges.I realize that putting in the time, effort, and struggle to prepare for a successful career change is ridiculed by those selling the dream of near instant success to the masses.  

If that is the reason, it might easier to just go to some Asian bank and get a USD denominated mortgage.

Floridians are not a race of people.I am not usually sensitive to things, but in the last month we have had people post negative things about all cops, all Asian folks, personally attacking other members, attacking me personally, and most of all, looking for help in breaking the law.

Looking for a female roommate.

The roommates found one another, I did not place them together. 3 female and 1 male roommate.

@Richard PhanIt’s a common question and one of those things you don’t know what you don’t know.We manage 1,000 properties and we use them on 80% of our business in every department.It would be easier to say what they DONT do then what they can do.We use VA’s from Mexico which is night and day difference from Asian and other VA’s from those countries.

Also, from my experience if you make an effort to rent to female college students then you will have less of a chance of having damage to the premesis.
