., to avoid recognition of any recapture amounts.He said, and I said, depreciation recapture; to my knowledge, unrecaptured 1250 is only depreciation recapture/vice versa (I.e., the part of the article I was referencing was section 1250 only), but maybe my accounting knowledge is worse than I thought, but my post is strictly speaking of depreciation recapture. 1231, etc. is for sure out of the question beyond 10 years.
