Keeping Motivated

My long term goal is financial freedom. I've started with one "hold" property in Memphis that is cash flow positive. I like houses that are cheap, good rent and no State taxes. Want to hold in other states besides Tennessee. I'm currently a 20 year career firefighter in the Sacramento area and hold the rank as Captain/paramedic. I'm a driven person and want to have more than 20 doors in 7 years, Today I'm more interested in working class communities with multi-family and single family dwellings. The hardest part was pulling the trigger on my first investment.

@Ben Roberts,

As @Curt Davis mentioned, we're not turnkey providers.  We're more of an alternative in that we help investors buy properties on their own and earn a real estate commission for our services (ie, we never take ownership of the house like a turnkey company does).

We are happy to help whomever we can if they are looking for an option with more upfront equity.  But, it requires a little more involvement from the investor on the front end since it is not a passive as turnkey.
