Hey Everyone,I've been looking to invest in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and am looking for referrals for agents in the area.

I'm almost positive she isn't up to date with technology.  

However, real estate is considered a fairly illiquid asset since real estate transactions are typically very complex and expensive.With new technology, real estate may no longer be considered as illiquid as it once was.

Can anyone give me the one paragraph run down on Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge?

My pricing is definitely lower, this cabin is in the heart of Pigeon Forge and I’m at $300/night in summer when neighbors are around $475+… @Paul Sandhu nothing specialty, just a big tourist town!

I'm not really looking in a specific area in Michigan, but I do like Grand Rapids, Novi/ Farmington Hills, Auburn Hills/ Rochester, Ann Arbor, and Downtown Detroit, all epicenters for Universities or the Technology/Engineering industries.
