no I will get 5 letters in one day from one person.. as they will send to all the homes we have in one particular zip code.

For example -- Deal One is with person A and B and Deal Two is with person A and Z, and so on. 

I understand your dilemma @Stuart M. as an active investor/agent I find my self going back to the MLS again and again for accuracy.

@Kenny Durrant  While I don't make my buyers sign any agreements with me until we are writing an offer and I have to, if I knew my buyer was working with many different agents, I wouldn't focus nearly as much of my energy in finding that person a deal.

Real estate investing from what I've heard falls within what works with my persona.

Go work for you for instance I am sure you would pay this person a salary to scare up deals for you..

Also you should note that usually when the tenants get those types of protection orders against each other they say that "person A cannot be within x ft of person B unless it is at their home".....Something to that effect.
