Management Software for multiple ownership groups

Hello Everyone -

I am looking for the best solution for management software when you have more than one ownership group.  For example -- Deal One is with person A and B and Deal Two is with person A and Z, and so on.  I would like to manage all of these deals/units in one piece of software.  

Any help would be appreciated.
