Newbie at Wholesaling and I need some genuine help HELP ME PLEASE

Good evening my name is Shavon. I am just beginning this wholesaling process. I have been working with some mentors but I feel like I still am not getting what I need. I have been looking for properties that for sale, finding the comps, doing the math and then trying to put in an offer but my offers end up being way lower than the purchase price they are asking for. I do not have any of my own money to do anything at this moment, so I am wondering what is it that I need to do in order to see some great results for my bank account.

Thank you for the help in Advance.

this is a very tough thing to do is a super firm market like were you live.. wholesaling works best in low value asset markets..

you may want to think about going to work for someone in the industry and get paid to learn and build your account that way.

issue your having I am sure if you simply can't get the deals cheap enough to get anyone to pop on them.. and it cost a ton of money to get all your marketing out etc to find one or two deals.

people do it but its by no means easy and by no means is it something you can be successful at with limited to no funds.. not sure why people keep touting that is the way to make money.. but they do.
