Is that as you state the rental demographic is TOUGH.also in our state trailers that are older than a certain age may NOT be moved on the highway you have to tear them down on site and haul to the dump..

If the certificate status says issued (Which means that certificate has been issued on delinquent tax bill and still has an outstanding bill) Can I still wholesale it?

It's very close to Johns Hopkins and the future Yard 56 shopping complex as well as the highway. 

Location is A+ (right off highway with easy on/off) and the Cape in general and this area in particular is a food dessert.

I have 105 acres of land under assignable contract in Augusta, GA on a main highway.  4+ acres is commercial and the otr 101 acres is zoned Agri-residential, but could easily be rezoned commercial or used for mixed use.

Her home is in a VERY good location next to the best elementary school in the area, next to (but not too close to) a major highway that goes straight into Destin (major tourist/shopping beach town), and on a half-acre lot.

Appreciation and upcoming neighborhoods, while the city expands towards that location I'm looking for property plays an important factor and things I consider when investing (future highway projects, future shopping centers, overall city or federal funds invested in that location, etc).  

I got paid about 15% of the outstanding balance.
