Wholesaling Tax Delinquent Properties
Hello Everyone,
I am located in South Florida. I want to wholesale tax delinquent properties. Florida is a Tax Deed and Tax Lien State. If the certificate status says issued (Which means that certificate has been issued on delinquent tax bill and still has an outstanding bill) Can I still wholesale it? I am a very green to this. I appreciate anybody's sound advice.
