I read a great book once that said slow and steady wins the race.

I know landlords that would exclude people that are a different race or religion, I know people that don't want to rent to anyone who is gay, and some that don't want to rent to families with children. 

I was terrified but I was off to the races.

I was able to leave the rat race within 10 years of starting to build my portfolio.

Then smile all the way to the bank.I have to defend my goals when I talk about the races I run.

I’m so excited to be a part of the BP community and getting out of that rat race .This is where I’m at -I’ve been working for the federal government for over 6 years now .. and I’m about to lose my mind .
