Buying first house in SWEDEN!
Hi, My name is Marko and I'm 19 years old soon 20. I want to start with rental properties and now I would like to know what works the best in Sweden. Should I invest in apartments or houses? How do I get approved in the bank for the mortgage because I am still studying but I have a part-time job? Is it hard to manage properties here in Sweden? What kind of research should I do before buying a property and how to do it? Any other information that is relevant would help me a lot. With best regards Marko!
