New real estate investor from Ottawa/Gatineau

Hey guys ! 

I’m so excited to be a part of the BP community and getting out of that rat race .

This is where I’m at -

I’ve been working for the federal government for over 6 years now .. and I’m about to lose my mind . I want out . I’ve set a date of January 2021. 

I purchased my primary residence 3 years ago in rockland and I just bought my first investment property in hull with my sister in December 2019. I’m working on the next one  always. 

My property in rockland appreciated like crazy !!! I have about 100k in equity so I’m thinking of just  selling it and using that money to Get a couple more properties in hull while I still have a “job” and save a bit of money to get started in the states as well. 

Where are my Ottawa/Gatineau friends ? Would love to pick some Brains and just chat about opportunities .
