Again, this creates demand that will entice tenants to jump at the opportunity to lease storage, but it will also make for less hassle in regards to safety and desireabilty.  

I'm just thinking to provide a win win negotiation for the bank that would entice it to offer seller financing to me.

Its like the Female who is going to change the man... when in fact nobody can really change anybody.. same with these situations no one can change them they are what they are the returns are what they are because they are bscially the highest risk deals you can do and to entice people to take the properties off their hands they need to be priced this way.

Use it as an enticement to get the lease renewed.

Hello everyone,I am looking for some opinions, particularly from MHP owners with parks in the south east.It seems MHP's has some serious competition from low SFR rental prices and a generally aging of HM's in parks making the entire proposition less enticing given the options available for those seeking housing.

You have to have an amazing photo first and then a description that entices them and what they are looking for which is a nice house.

Maybe they're trying to entice you.

This was not met with the positive response I imagine I will receive from the forum.My mistake is that I took my wife a few years ago to see a guru's real estate "seminar" where we sat through hours of presentations designed to entice people into buying a real estate courses.
