What was interesting to me was that at the conference, two of their three main speakers were women -- Randi Zuckerberg (that is, Mark Zuckerberg's sister, who is also the creator of Facebook Live and creator of a kids show called Dot, Dot Complicated and a new initiative called Sue's Test Kitchen, that are all about kids and technology).   

If one, through house hacking, reduces the cost of housing by a substantial percentage, the house hacking investment will continue to render benefit through the remaining wealth creators: property appreciation, loan amortization, and reduced income taxation.

Google uses "more than 200" criteria to analyze and rank search results.The bullet points I always see are: Valuable sites get linked by other sites, but don't just ask for links, build relationships with content creators(bloggers, youtubers, etc...).

That is whitehat, and it is something Google can never and will never punish.To really rank in today's web word, you need content creators.  

They have obviously learned from other areas trying to enforce such that issuing fines alone does little, but creating regulation that empowers the city to send a "delist" notice to the handful of platforms STR Operators use, well it "cut's em off at the pass" doesn't it.

The creator of the yellow letter cashed out and moved to Alabama years ago. 

I'm sure it'll empower others to chase financial freedom and escape the rat race.

Rather than save her fake paystubs as a PDF so they looked somewhat real, she took a screenshot from the website where she paid $8.99 to create her fake paystubs, which included the website of the fake paystub creator! 

So for a market to have "significant growth" it's gotta either be (a) significantly UNDER priced at this time, lagging the overall market or (b) hold some unique attributes that will empower it to significantly out-perform and out-pace the national and regional economic performance.
