Granted it does add fuel to a fire... and I don't know much about Memphis or Scottsdale but there is no "bubble" about the fact that Amazon is eating retails lunch, just like Expedia ate the travel agents lunch.

I think if we never ate out it would get filled twice a week.If you are going to spend for the dish washer and the associated installation, get the smaller size that is appropriate for the small unit.

No pet food left outdoors.No bird food or bird feeders.Call a pest control company but these are main suggestion..Any garage the cars could be stored inside might help.This can also be a huge issue inside homes, the mice get in and eat the insulation on the electrical.. we had a fire in our neighborhood.. cause mice ate wires, was a newly rehabbed house on the river 459K and burnt the day before closing.. insurance covered the rehab costs.

The cost of advertising, your gas and time showing the unit, etc.So, you probably ate up that $1020 for the turnover, and a year later, your new tenant could end up moving out anyway, and there you are again.And I disagree that a tenant won't move over $50 - $60.
