We love the desert and we wanted to invest in somewhere with great weather that had the option for short term rental and had high appreciation.

However I still very much like Vegas for some of the best if not best tax treatment all around in the US  and desert conditions IE no snow or hard freeze generally no soil issues  massive thunderstorms that ruin roofs etc etc.

Why doesnt bigger pockets have the location for Palm Springs Ca Indio Ca or Desert hot springs?
