Hi,I'm new to real estate investing with a day job in tech (surprise, surprise living in the Bay Area).

My real estate tech startup Clever, based in downtown STL, is a licensed brokerage, and everyone on the team had to become licensed agents -- but given that our full-time jobs are at a startup, none of us are "realtors" in the traditional sense. 

I work in tech and have a great job but want to move into passion areas (writing fiction), hence the desire to build passive income. 

We are a full service management company and currently vendor out all day-to-day maintenance to a small contractor who handles the majority of our maintenance full time (3 maintenance techs). 

@Alex HamdenI would turn it into a Brady museum and charge people ten bucks to walk through it . put a giant sign out front and offer a guided tour through each room along with a room of posters autographs and brady memorabilia

Also with the rise of "Fin Tech" we see a lot of secondary loans being made to questionable buyers that are starting to utilize those lines for down payments.

I got a query from a new company called REX, a startup that says it only charges a 2 percent total commission fee because it cuts out the middle man by using artificial intelligence and other high tech to identify and market to the type of buyers interested in my property.

After 6 visits 4 of wich were the same tech, you'd assume they realize that one person was unable to move the stacked unit, the same stacked unit from the first visit...

I have a full time job at a tech company that offers SaaS but am looking to augment my income by becoming involved in Real Estate, in particular wholesaling.
