Has anyone heard of the startup REX Real Estate?
I got a query from a new company called REX, a startup that says it only charges a 2 percent total commission fee because it cuts out the middle man by using artificial intelligence and other high tech to identify and market to the type of buyers interested in my property. By doing this, they say they can get top offers and avoid the MLS service and traditional costs of using a real estate agent. What does anyone think about this? Is it for real?
