It was an amazing piece of software, a generic webscraper that you could graphically create packages that could extract almost any type of structured data.I used it to scrape my county's tax bills and property info.

A showcase of your past deals (i.e. a portfolio) is the thing that will demonstrate your track record and show to potential clients (i.e. sellers, buyers, etc.) that you are the real deal.

Graphic design, photography, camping & traveling to new places.
