Hey everyone,
I'm new to BiggerPockets but plan to post here regularly. We're typically running 20-30 deals a month throughout the state of Florida, and we're always direct with seller. 99% of our focus is on single family residential.
It seems like a great community on BiggerPockets! I'm looking forward to networking with new investors and learning from the resources on here.

@Steven Gailbreath Welcome to BP, you will definitely find value here and Orlando has a pretty active investor community locally and there are some really heavy hitter wholesalers throughout. I'm on the board for CFRI, the central Florida chapter for the National REIA, it would be a great place to showcase your deals and get facetime with other investors.
