Business Websites

Does anyone have any ideas on where to look to have a business website designed, and hosted for a reasonable price?

I am interested in making a personal-business site. The company I work for has a site, but I am wanting to create my own to promote myself alongside our companies site. I am a mortgage broker and I want to be able to market myself in other areas than what our company does, and I don't want my leads filtered into our companies site.

Does any of that make sense? :D
