I like the One Thing too and I think there are many ways you can practice it as a physician...some people call it working to your license...meaning as much as possible you want to be doing the highest level and therefore also the highest paid work.

I'm presently looking to start back a little slower over the next couple years, with a goal of paying off my student loans in 5 years--a very reasons able goal with my income as a physician.
