I'm relatively a newbie especially with multi-family homes, private lending/HMLs, direct mail and have activated my keyword alerts.

Brian, you must be using thos key word alerts to beat me these topics!

If you check out the forums, set up keywords and listen to the podcasts I think you will get a good start.

I'd recommend setting up some Keyword Alerts for terms like "commercial" so when the topic is discussed, you'll get an email and you can jump into the conversation.

Not sure if it's possible, but for the Keyword Alert email which is generated I wonder if there's a way to click on a link or icon in the email to open up the thread in the BP App.

(top of page under Learn) You can also fill out the keyword alert for topics that you'd like to be notified of if they are being talked about, maybe Dallas, Buy and Hold, etc.

Oh -and be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for "Seattle" "Richland" and other local terms.

There are a few Minnesota people on the site, and new people joining all the time, so be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for words like "Minneapolis" or "Saint Paul" so when people talk about those areas, you can jump in.

If you haven't yet - be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for terms like "Carolina" and "Irvine" so when those topics are discussed, you can jump into those conversations, welcome new people, and make connections.
