Greetings all!

My name is Michael and currently live in Orange County California. I learned of the BiggerPockets website through the podcast and ready to learn even more.

I'm looking to obtain a my first investment properties in the coming months and although I live in Cal I'm focused on NC and SC. I'm from that area and hope to return one day.

If anyone knows of a great property manager in Columbia, SC I'd love to hear about them.
