I would consider doing vanilla long-term rentals, but I think I want to do the BRRRR method, as scaling will be a challenge for me without it, I feel.

But appreciation is where your portfolio can significantly scale.

Hi,My wife and I own 2 rentals in Hawaii and we would like to scale our investment by buying rental properties in the San Antonio and Temple area in Texas.

They should have use that equity to buy another property.We have moved to a lower LTV or higher equity position relative to our concern in the economy and backing off scaling as we go into retirement.  

Like you said, depending on how it goes it may be worth scaling that business.

I find it extremely difficult to give letter grades to an area.

To me it is a matter of scale.  

Looking to scale up and leave my day job in the next 2 years.

1) We want the court responses going to the attorney, not us.2) We use eviction-focused attorneys that have scales of efficiency & price accordingly, so we really wouldn't save the owner much anyways.Have tried to share the "other side's perspective" with you, but you seem stuck on proving you're a victim.WIsh you the best of luck.
