I'd be there in my landlord clothes, and they wouldn't give me the time of day until they noticed I had accumulated half the street :) They'd go right to the realtor and I'm guessing they assumed I was his little brother tagging along for the ride?

Factored in light plumbing, new kitchen, upstairs bathroom, light sheetrock/spackle/paint, siding, all new flooring, and all the other miscellaneous like fans, lights, doors, etc.I have been blessed to be in a family of carpenters (dad, uncles, brother, grandfather) and a family of realtors (mom, stepdad) so things work out quite nicely.

When I started I had just turned 16 and didn't look 16, so I thought maybe I should just forget it but a week later I had put together my 19 year old brothers and I's first deal and he didn't look 19 either, and back then you needed to be 21 but he was married and could legally contract.
