A "mistaken identity bankruptcy" is not a title issue, IT IS A BORROWER CREDITWORTHINESS ISSUE, and it is an Underwriting issue. 

I was thinking of doing research for properties similar to the ones he has developed. find out the population facts in that area and then suggest a development that might work well in that land. i even know how to use auto cad and 3ds max, i was going to make a rendering of the development i had in my mind, even a branding identity for the development because I'm also really good at branding, i used to free lance.
