@Anantha LakshmiHi Anantha,I have invested in US property from Australia and I always stress the facts that the most important part of when buying out of state or nation is not so much the stats and demographics but more the team established on the ground.Spend time building trust and relationships with key people you are looking at doing business with.

Yes, @Han ChangAll 4 metro of Texas going through same... i feel same in Dallas.Lot of Institution and Foreign money flowing in Real Estate.. only problem is not sure this will end soon or will continue like Canada and Australia... keep going up for 15 years..!!

Is anybody successfully doing realestate deals of any kind in Brisbane ?  I'm sure there is something that works here but I haven't figured it out yet.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated !

I wonder if this is common in Canada  Australia Great Britian ext.. were you have robust RE markets and investors..... or do they just think us USA citizens are the dumbest on the planet ?
