Dedicate the same drive to your real estate and I'm sure you'll succeed.

My main benefits are;You dont have to bother with another Realtor to go look at houses or make offers.Gives you credibility from the public's perspective.Taking the course and passing the exam takes dedication and time but is worth it to give you a good foundation.What I love best of all it saves you on commission since you are the buyers agent and eventually may want to become a broker-in-charge and save all of the commission on your side.

I locked myself in for 80 hours to study and also invested in an online state exam simulator which was timed and allowed you up to 3 hours (just like our state exam) to be tested on math and others topics.Like anything else in life, it requires dedication and discipline. 

In my class, I actually have a section of the weekend dedicated to the deals my students have done.  

You'll have to have an electrician add additional dedicated outlets for the appliance at the new location.

Reason that is normally charged is that you are dedicating many hours to the property as you fix it or do what you are doing.

You won't have a problem with that though as a USMC that's serious commitment and dedication right there.

Problem is there isn't a portal to do it on yet, at least not one dedicated to real estate.
