After listening to a lot of the podcasts there is definitely a split on those who think getting your real estate license is a great idea. I like the idea of being able to walk into any house I want to and not wasting another agents time since they are on commission. My question is if a person becomes an agent do they not have to be aligned with an agency? Do companies care if you really are only looking to align with them to do your own rei? Just some thoughts I have had that have not been explained on the podcasts.
