The paperwork for the listing showed the number 4 crossed out twice and replaced with 2 for ranges and refrigerators. 

Hi All,I am looking at a property inIndependence that does not have a refrigerator or stove/range.

I am supplying washer, dryer, range, and refrigerator all entry level models but nicest looking ones I could find.

.- Appliances: stove and oven, refrigerator- Chimney- Large front porch shared with 1st floor residents- Separate front door entrance, basement access is through a staircase at the rear of the house next to kitchen- Street parking (we have a tight, shared driveway and can't accommodate off street parking)Important note: The first two tenants moving in will be relatives of me and my husband (a nephew and a cousin), but the rest of the workers moving in, in the future I likely won't know.I have a small back yard where my husband and like to make fires and hang out when the weather is nice.

There should be a paragraph to the effect of "Landlord supplies refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, however it is Tenant's responsibility to keep the appliances in good working order."

The first refrigerator stopped working after a couple of days and they came back and replaced it.

Where is the refrigerator?  

I have 3 units total, started last March and have now had 2 refrigerator issues, costing me $730 total.

I have seen some squirrely things over the years such as land lord agreed to buy the tenant a new refrigerator after 4 years. 

This means they can't remove the deck, replace the refrigerator, or create a new tenant lease without your agreement.I would communicate through your agent that you will not accept the new lease (it's not in effect yet, anyway).
