Even before you start qualifying them, they tell you what they want and tell you "If you don't give me X amount, I won't sell my property" Last but not least, they give you no information because they are busy, you caught them at a bad time, or just plain dont' want to speak with you.

What she probably meant was she's sick of wholesalers contacting her thinking she's desperate to sell her house, and wanting to take advantage of her, thinking she doesn't know the value of her house.

New to this investing thing, but been in banking and real estate for about 15 years working with banks, RE agents, and finally landing at a title company... i'm ready for a change. bc frankly, i'm not getting any younger and i'm not seeing myself retiring comfortably... plus i'm sick of working my *** off for someone else... been tossing around the idea of getting my RE license, but there are soooo many realtors, i thought i would check into investing instead... found Renautus... and no, i won't try to sell it to you, not even sure i am going to buy the course now... but their pitch got me thinking and wanting to look into it more... so here i am.I downloaded the beginner guide and am going through that... and i have been looking for a few local clubs to start going to... any suggestions would be awesome... and i am doing my research on which niche i want to perfect ;)Hope to learn alot here... back to reading!
