Newbie from Columbus OH...
So i've been lurking for a few weeks and thought i'd say hello... "HEEELLLOOOO!!!"
New to this investing thing, but been in banking and real estate for about 15 years working with banks, RE agents, and finally landing at a title company... i'm ready for a change. bc frankly, i'm not getting any younger and i'm not seeing myself retiring comfortably... plus i'm sick of working my *** off for someone else... been tossing around the idea of getting my RE license, but there are soooo many realtors, i thought i would check into investing instead... found Renautus... and no, i won't try to sell it to you, not even sure i am going to buy the course now... but their pitch got me thinking and wanting to look into it more... so here i am.
I downloaded the beginner guide and am going through that... and i have been looking for a few local clubs to start going to... any suggestions would be awesome... and i am doing my research on which niche i want to perfect ;)
Hope to learn alot here... back to reading!
