I can also only speak to what kind of contracts you need and can use in Texas.If you go to the "Resources" link (in the blue BP menu bar at the top of the screen, you will find "FilePlace".  

Those alerts can also be seen if you mouse over the "Inbox" on the upper right menu bar and scroll down.
