My name is Grant, and within the last few weeks I stumbled upon and joined this awesome community while doing some research. Real estate has been something I've always been interested in, and recently life has changed enough for me that I can really express my passion for it and give it much more focus.  I'm looking for new friends who are interested in concepts like win/wins and care about mutual success for all.
